ESI Euro Sino Invest GmbH (ESI) is an independent provider of innovative investment concepts, from the world of closed funds and is located in Erlangen.
ESI specializes in investments in the Chinese real estate sector and in particular in 2nd tier cities. These 2nd tier cities, of which almost two dozen are million-resident metropolises, are currently in a growth period and offer attractive yield opportunities. In cooperation with experienced Chinese partners ESI partakes in this upswing by means of project developments. ESI participates in these project developments along the entire value chain, such as land purchase, construction and sale of the residential units.
If required ESI cooperates with MuP Group, one of the leading German engineering companies in the areas of environment, construction and infrastructure. MuP Group, with its many years of experience in the Chinese market at its disposition, is a company of the Thomas von Tucher family.
