Shareholders of Tucher & Smith GmbH are Baron Thomas von Tucher as well as graduate engineer Florian Schmied. Baron Thomas von Tucher was formerly longtime Executive Director of Deutsche Hypothekenbank and is currently Chairman of the advisory board at Dr. Lorenz Tucher'sche Stiftung (von 1503), a family foundation and co-owner of a nationally active engineering firm.

ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien AG

ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien AG has been successfully active in the German real estate market for many years. In its main investment area the residential real estate sector ZBI is by now present with its 6th real estate fund.

Through real estate funds as well as venture capital and investment companies the corporation has successfully invested and managed a volume of over 1 bn. EUR in the German real estate market in the past 10 years.

In the past two years real estate with an equivalent of approx. 500 m. EUR was sold from funds and venture capital companies. Here a performance far above market level was realized with corresponding yields for the investor.
