The object of the fund is investment in the Chinese real estate project "European Garden" with the target of realisation of value appreciation through project development and the upcoming transfer.

The investors invest in the "ESI Euro Sino Invest GmbH & Co. China 1 KG", which invests directly in the Hong Kong-based company "ESI Euro Sino Invest China Real Estate 1 Ltd".
