The Investment Offer
- The ESI China 1 is closed and currently in its implementation phase. -
Subject matter of the fund is the investment in the Chinese real estate project "European Village". The goal is to realize value appreciation through project development and the subsequent sale.
The investor participates in the "ESI Euro Sino Invest GmbH & Co. China 1 KG", which in turn directly invests in the Hong Kong based "ESI Euro Sino Invest China Real Estate 1 Ltd".
