Mutual Benefit
The fund company’s profit allocation concept can be explained as follows:
- With the present project the initiator, ESI Euro Sino Invest GmbH, offers a side by side investment opportunity.
- Mr. Thomas von Tucher as well as Mr. Peter Groner invests a six-digit amount in the present fund.
- ESI Euro Sino Invest GmbH’s initiator compensation (will be disbursed to the general partner) is essentially success-related and will not be paid until the shareholder has obtained his share capital along with his pre-interest amounting to 10% p.a.
- The investment manager, who accompanies the project development on site, will also be compensated success-related.
